As the internet progresses and matures, communication is becomming increasingly automated. Blogs were a way for people write, journal style, their ideas on various subjects. Then along came MP3 players and initially people used them only to listen to their CDs and legal downloads (and probably some illegal ones as well). When radio broadcasters started converting their content to MP3s, the Podcast was born.

Now technology marches on again and those MP3 players play video. So the podcast is morphing into a Video Podcast (sometimes shortened to vidcast or vodcast according to Wikipedia). So broadcasters ability to spread their content continues allowing more people the opportunity to be seen as well as heard. The ability to watch and listen to this content anywhere at any time, even on a plane, increases the popularity of the format.

Recognizing this trend, we at Morvay Web Works started investing time, effort and money into learning what the internet is capable of. Once we understand an aspect of the internet, competently offer our expertise as a service to anyone requsting our help. We also complete our offerings with internet products that we actively use ourselves with our web presence.

We will use this blogcast to discuss some of the latest trends, problems, and observations folks may have with the internet. We specialize in explaining complex subjects simply, so the layperson can understand. We plan on using three formats (text, audio and some video) to help with our explanations. If we are successful, then anyone would understand how a web site works and the various technologies that drive it.

If there is a topic or trend you would like us to review, please contact us at MorvayWebWorks.com-> Click on the "Contact Us" button and fill in the form near the bottom of the page.

As technologies march on, we will continue providing services at prices everyone can easily afford. This cuts into our bottom line, but should allow a greater number of folks the opportunity to use the technology the internet offers to all.

Sincerely,
